Project Leader U&HS

• Develop a plan of approach in collaboration with the client.
• Evaluate the current U&HS.
• Conduct an impact analysis based on laws and regulations and relevant frameworks and ambitions.
• Co-organize and co-supervise participation sessions.
• Organize, facilitate, and supervise participation sessions at an accessible and informal location.
• Process the results of the participation sessions in writing, including formulating goals and translating policy into the assignment for VTHA.
• Establish SMART goals with insight into the impact made and determine and record associated KPIs, based on an impact analysis and participation with policy owners, implementing organizations, stakeholders, and specialist knowledge holders.
• Co-write the definitive product (U&HS).
• Coordinate with the VTH client unit during the assignment.
• Co-author the documents leading up to and including the definitive version of the U&HS.
• Collaborate with colleagues from the Environment team.

What they ask

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in organizing and supervising participation and working sessions with stakeholders and chain partners for policy development.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in drafting U&H strategies, including task-oriented U&H strategies (strategies with only an environmental or risk analysis are not approved).
• Demonstrable work experience with the functioning of the BIG 8 cycle.
• Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.

Preferences.

• Knowledge of the approach for drafting U&H strategies, including the setup and location of participation sessions.
• Knowledge of the collaboration between government organizations and regional environmental services.

• The contractor is expected to use their own (ICT) resources. Any additional business resources required must be self-funded.
• The activities fall under the regular tasks of the U&HS Project Leader function.
• The work must be performed personally; free replacement is not permitted.
• The assignment is carried out under the leadership and supervision of a manager.
