What you do
- Develop, improve and maintain high-performance backend services.
- Work on complex systems that process large volumes of transactions.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
- Strong experience with Kotlin, Spring Boot and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with asynchronous communication using Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST API architecture and backend development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar databases.
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, logging and alerting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have.
- Experience with high-volume, business-critical applications.
- Experience with OpenAPI and contract-first REST API development.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
