A leading logistics organization is seeking a Functional Analyst to support the optimization of its Contact Centre operations and the ongoing migration from an existing CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
What you will do.
- Work closely with business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Drive process improvements across customer service functions.

- Strong Functional Analyst experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Ability to support and challenge business stakeholders.
- Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and functional design.
- CRM migration experience (migration from another CRM system to Dynamics is a strong advantage).
Practical
- French or Dutch preferred (English required).
