What you will do.

Profile
For this temporary assignment, an expert is sought with specialized, spatial planning expertise from municipal practice. You will independently analyze and assess the developed products (rule sets and related products) and advise on their further refinement and standardization. The aim is to support municipalities in an efficient transition to the new part of the environmental plan.

What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Spatial Planning or Urban Planning.
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience as an advisor with the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet) and the environmental plan (Omgevingsplan).
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience with spatial planning advice within a municipality.
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience as an advisor with drafting rules for the environmental plan and the coherence between legal rules, locations, and annotations.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience with drafting, assessing, or further developing environmental plans.
- Demonstrable experience with issues related to drafting rule sets and standardizing the environmental plan.
