As an operational specialist for events and demonstrations, you contribute to safety and public order issues and provide risk analyses. You regularly consult with internal and external partners and have an an advisory role. You actively seek connection with other departments within the organization. Collaboration with various disciplines is essential. You monitor the correct use and application of policies in the field of events. You act as a point of contact and share knowledge and experience with colleagues.
You are actively involved in further professionalizing the district-level approach within the unit during the preparatory phase. You promote a uniform implementation and ensure that the processes and quality of scenario planning are optimized.

You are an independent colleague with a good basic knowledge of public order & safety, events and/or integral security, as well as current affairs surrounding events and demonstrations. You are alert to new information, identify trends and phenomena, and can project these onto the organization to propose innovative adjustments. You are able to translate analyses into concrete solutions and advice, both orally and in writing.
You are focused on collaboration, build and maintain a relevant network, are empathetic, solution-oriented, and assertive.
