You master email marketing and marketing automation, are skilled in managing online (social) channels, create content yourself, and introduce the team to smarter AI applications. You ensure that online communication reaches the right target groups and that the team learns to work more efficiently.
What you will do.
- Devise, build, and send email campaigns and newsletters for various target groups.
- Build automated communication workflows, for example, around the purchase of a specific product, registrations, or new subscribers.
- Segment target groups and personalize messages to be relevant to the recipient.
- Create content for email, website, and social media.
- Manage online channels, in collaboration with colleagues from the content team.
- Work in short cycles: conceive, create, publish, test, measure, and improve.
- Test subject lines, content, and sending times, and adjust based on data.
- Introduce the team to the latest AI applications for smarter and faster work.
- Document your work and knowledge so that the team can continue independently after your assignment.

You are an experienced marketer who can switch quickly, is hands-on, and adds value from day one. You work independently, think from the target group's perspective, and demonstrate what works with data. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and are energized by guiding colleagues in new ways of working.
