A growing organization is looking for independent cleaning professionals to make companies, offices, showrooms, apartment buildings, and other professional spaces shine.
- This is a freelance collaboration, ideal for self-employed individuals who deliver quality work and are looking for additional, regular B2B assignments.
What you do
- Professional cleaning of various spaces, including:
- Offices and desks
- Showrooms and commercial spaces
- Entrance halls, stairs, elevators, and common areas of apartment buildings
- Sanitary facilities and kitchens
- Periodic maintenance at companies
- Possibly deep cleaning and post-construction cleaning
What they ask
- Reliable and accurate, with an eye for detail
- Works independently and adheres to agreements
- Experience in professional cleaning is a plus
- Already self-employed or works through own company
- Has a business/VAT number
- Can invoice services correctly
- Administratively in order to carry out assignments as a self-employed person
- Preferably driving license and own transport
Practical
- The client finds customers and organizes assignments, allowing you to focus on execution.
- Regular B2B assignments, clear agreements, and flexible options are offered.
- Possibility to take on multiple fixed locations.
- Assignments can take place during the day, in the evening, or at the weekend, depending on the location.
- Both self-employed individuals available for a few hours a week and freelancers who want to carry out multiple assignments in the long term are sought.
- You work as a self-employed subcontractor and invoice your services.
- State your hourly rate excluding VAT and whether any travel costs are included in your application.
