• The goal is to help designers work more consistently and efficiently while maintaining professional judgment.
• Within the Design Chapter, the organization aims to establish a centrally managed AI Skill library that provides designers with trusted guidance for recurring activities such as:
• Design reviews
• Accessibility assessments
• UX writing
• Design system alignment
• Design critique
• Developer handover preparation
• The purpose is not to replace designers’ professional judgment. Instead, AI Skills should help designers make better-informed decisions, apply standards consistently, and spend more time creating high-quality digital experiences.
• The organization is looking for an experienced designer who can combine design expertise, AI-supported workflows, and knowledge management.

What you will do.

• You will work within the Platform team of the Design Chapter to define, create, and maintain a reusable AI Skill ecosystem for designers.
• Your main responsibility will be to transform design standards, best practices, and quality criteria into reusable AI Skills that can guide, challenge, and accelerate design work.
• You will help create a shared foundation for quality, consistency, and efficiency across teams while ensuring that designers remain responsible for final decisions and outcomes.
