For an international company, an experienced Holding Controller is sought. In this role, you will maintain financial oversight of a large number of international participations and legal entities. Additionally, you will contribute to various projects related to M&A, carve-outs, integrations, and restructurings.
What you do
- Analyze financial figures, balance sheet, and capital structures
- Optimize participation and capital structures
- Monitor governance and financial guidelines
- Participate in carve-outs, integrations, mergers, liquidations, and other M&A-related projects
- Liaise with various disciplines, including Finance, Legal, Tax
- Contribute to further digitalization and improvement of financial processes
What they ask
- Background in Corporate Finance / Holding Control
- Experience with governance and international entity structures
- Accustomed to independently leading projects
- HBO/WO level (higher professional education/university)
- Excellent English required
