- Process and assess applications for student transport
- Process and assess applications for disabled parking permits (GPK)
- Test applications against relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare reports and decision proposals

- Process data in the designated systems
- Maintain contacts with residents, schools, transporters, and chain partners
- Answer substantive questions via phone and email
- Coordinate with colleagues within the social domain on complex cases
- Contribute to careful file management

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience within a municipal organization
