What you will do.
- Translate unit-level policy into concrete, domain-specific policy and ensure its implementation and monitoring.
- Support the improvement of processes and the implementation of developments that contribute to an efficient and effective organization.
- Work closely with managers, colleagues within operations, and the business operations department.
- Formulate proposals for improvements, provide solicited and unsolicited advice, and deliver concrete products.
- Translate operational issues into business operations solutions.
- Promote the professional maturity of colleagues to continuously improve business operations.
- Participate in various networks and collaborations.
- Address topics such as training plans, housing issues, resources (e.g., vehicle fleet), IT issues, and other current developments.
- Work independently and seek timely coordination with relevant partners.

- HBO (bachelor) working and thinking level or equivalent through EVC, or at least two years of relevant work experience at the required level.
