What you will do.
- Conduct online intake interviews and match candidates with client needs.
- Maintain client relationships and respond to their wishes and needs.
- Guide candidates through the application process and their career path.
- Participate in work meetings and contribute to process improvements and sharing successes.
Profile
- Minimum MBO4 working and thinking level.
- Communicate in both Dutch and English.
- Experience with administration and customer contact.
- Driving license B + own car.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented in a changing environment.
- Strong communication skills and focused on collaboration.
- Willingness to travel between different locations in the region.
