An architectural firm is looking for an experienced Project Architect to strengthen their team.
- The organization strives in every project for a balance between proportions and creating pleasant atmospheres, where spatial perception, light incidence, and sightlines play a crucial role.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the entire project trajectory, from concept to delivery.
- Work closely with the directors and colleagues to guide each project.
- Lead projects, including preliminary design, execution file, and site supervision.
- Be the point of contact for the client and ensure clear and efficient communication.
- Make a significant contribution to the design and creation of unique and custom-made projects.
- Prepare detailed execution plans, specifications, and quantity surveys.
- Ensure timely submission of environmental permits.
- Monitor the quality of execution through regular site follow-ups.
Profile
- Passion for architecture.
- Affinity with both private and multi-family homes.
- Possess an (Ir)-Architect diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect.
- Good knowledge of Autocad and SketchUp is desirable.
- Not deterred by the complexity of the job; bold and precise.
- Team player, eager to learn, solution-oriented, and communicative.
- Flexible and able to meet deadlines.
Practical
- The collaboration is on an independent basis.
- There is ample room for colleague input and weekly consultations on ongoing projects.
- Various activities are organized annually.
