Role overview
You are the connecting link between flexible employees, managers, and HR processes within a large dairy company.- You ensure a warm welcome and support for employees, so they feel seen, heard, and helped.- The role combines human contact, organization, and responsibility.What you will do- Fixed point of contact for flexible employees and guiding them throughout their employment.- Thorough onboarding and supporting employees with questions about their work, development, and deployability.- Drafting contracts, processing mutations, and monitoring correct HR administration.- Daily liaison with managers about staffing, planning, and HR-related issues.- Conducting conversations about well-being, engagement, and development, and encouraging employees.- Identifying improvement opportunities within HR processes and translating them into concrete actions on the work floor.What they ask- MBO 4 or HBO work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a similar field.- Experience with onboarding, contract management, or personnel administration is a plus.- Easy and professional communication in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.- In possession of a driving license B and own transport.- Work proactively and structured, take responsibility, and maintain an overview, even during busy periods.
