As an experienced company social worker, you contribute to the development and implementation of educational and training materials. You support expertise development processes for the operational support of an internal organization in the field of Company Social Work. A government organization is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible developer and trainer in Company Social Work (O&T BMW) to strengthen their expert team.
The expertise center supports company social workers in their professional development by facilitating the implementation and sharing of knowledge and expertise. Additionally, it provides support for professional issues in the psychosocial domain, such as psychosocial work stress.
What you do
- You work project-based on engaging, practice-oriented learning activities for professionals.
- You develop e-learnings and provide lessons, workshops, and training for company social workers to expand their expertise.
- You contribute to the adaptation of existing material, monitor results, and adjust to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and impact.
- The Company Social Work service provides targeted assistance to personnel with (impending) psychosocial difficulties.
Profile
- Bachelor MWD or HBO Social Work diploma (Welfare and Society specialization)
- Post HBO Company Social Work
- Optionally, further Post HBO training (e.g., Quality Management, consulting, etc.)
- BMW-related courses
- Willingness to follow an O&T trajectory at an expertise center for educational science
- Extensive experience as a company social worker, preferably within a similar large organization
- Registered as a member of the BPSW
- Driving license B
- Personal qualities that align with the core values of the Company Social Work service and the Personnel Care department
