As a contract manager, you are the connecting link between a social organization's mission and the agreements that make it possible. Your keen eye, direction, and proactive approach provide a solid foundation for care professionals to build upon daily. You ensure that contracts are well-managed and contribute to the continuity and quality of care for participants.
What you do
- You create the conditions for colleagues to perform their work optimally, enabling them to make a difference for people in areas such as sheltered living, foster care, and addiction care. This is reflected in various initiatives.
- You are the director of the contract management process:
- Contributes from the initial idea for a tender regarding scope, conditions, risks, and opportunities.
- Translates the tender strategy into concrete, workable agreements.
- Guides the process to signing and ensures smooth execution.
- Monitors contract agreements, timely signals changes, and initiates extensions or renegotiations.
- Advises proactively and proposes improvements to further professionalize and strategically deploy contract management.
- You work closely with regional managers and department managers and are a strong discussion partner. For administrative tasks, you receive support from a colleague. This allows you to focus on substantive direction, relationship management, process improvement, and strategic advice.
- You are part of a Production and Business Control team, where, in addition to a solid foundation, value is placed on an open atmosphere, short lines of communication, and humor. Together, the team ensures that good care remains possible.
Profile
- Experience with contract management and translating contractual agreements into practice.
- A relevant HBO diploma (higher professional education).
- Strong communication skills to easily connect with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
- Ability to work process-oriented and maintain an overview, even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are a Christian (Catholic, Protestant, etc.) and can articulate what that means to you.
