You have the opportunity to start or continue your career with a well-known brand in the beverage industry. You will strengthen a team as a driven Merchandiser, dedicating your energy to giving this brand's products a prominent position in various supermarkets.
What you do
- Visit various supermarkets in the region.
- Check product visibility and shelf stocking.
- Replenish empty shelves to ensure availability.
- Check and update price communication (shelf labels).
- Create additional sales points, such as secondary shelf positions, eye-catching displays at the checkout, or the use of extra point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate closely with store employees and build strong relationships.
- Collect information and report findings in a CRM system to keep the office team up-to-date.
Profile
- Driven to maximize performance in this role and committed to personal development.
- Strive for the best possible execution and continuously seek ways to improve work.
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Experience in Retail and/or the FMCG sector.
- Work experience in a supermarket is a strong plus.
- In possession of a B driving license.
Practical
- Company car including fuel card, with the possibility of private use (taxable benefit applies).
- Net expense allowance of €60 per month.
- 25 vacation days per year.
- Pension scheme.
