Project Leader
A public organization has been one of 10 leading organizations in a national program focused on area-oriented utilization since late 2025. This program runs until the end of 2027. Due to an employee's departure, a temporary project leader is sought for coordination within the organization. In this program, participants collaborate on an area-oriented approach, focusing on coherent policy for an entire area.
The goal is to identify strategies, working methods, and instruments for the structural utilization of existing buildings. Experiences from this program will be used to support other organizations and scale up the approach nationally. The organization focuses on three themes: the environmental program instrument, exploring social added value alongside traditional area development, and mobility issues.
For the period until the end of 2027, a results-oriented project leader is sought to continue activities, resolve bottlenecks, steer towards the final result, and ensure completion and handover. The emphasis is on direction, process monitoring, and implementation of participation in the leading program and coordination of an area-oriented approach for a specific area.
