As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the connecting link between candidates and employers in the SME sector. You recruit and select candidates based on client needs and translate these into job vacancies. You build sustainable client relationships and advise organizations on their staffing requirements. Sales plays an important role, where you identify commercial opportunities, approach potential clients, and conduct advisory meetings. You expand existing relationships and initiate new collaborations.
You process contracts, time registrations, and other administrative processes.
