C TGP VIP Transport Planner
The activities are carried out within a transport and logistics organization of a government agency. This organization is responsible for the worldwide transport of persons and goods, physical mail processing, and the management of civilian service vehicles. The passenger transport service plans and executes non-operational passenger transport, subdivided into group transport, patient transport, and VIP transport.
What you will do.
- Daily work preparation for VIP transport.
- Managing training administration.
- Leading planners/team leaders.
- Allocating the capacity of the work unit for transport assignments.
- Ensuring the continuity of staffing for planners/team leaders for the primary process.
- Drawing up a work plan and setting priorities.
- Monitoring the progress of execution and acting on bottlenecks.
- Creating a balanced planning.
- Monitoring the Working Hours Act (ATW).
- Having internal (physical) transport controls carried out by planners.
- Ensuring the completeness of necessary data and associated instructions for the KVD.
- Coordinating training within the work unit.
- Drawing up schedules and sub-orders related to training.
- Monitoring the validity period of certificates.
- Monitoring the registration of training results.

Practical
- Temporary appointment with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Possibility of an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) from 2025, consisting of 16.33% of the salary for time, money, or tax facilities.

- Monthly difference between private transport allowance and the fiscal maximum.
- Bicycle for personal use (incl. accessories and insurance).
