The client is a service-oriented industrial organization operating a high-volume production environment and currently undergoing a period of operational instability.
What you do
- Stabilize day-to-day operations and re-establish operational control across the site.
- Identify root causes of process failures, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
- Lead an operational turnaround focused on improving productivity, quality, and service levels.
- Rebuild trust, collaboration, and stability within operational teams through a visible, hands-on presence on the shop floor.
What they ask
- Proven experience as an Interim Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or Crisis Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record in operational turnarounds, crisis management, and performance recovery programs.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and action-oriented professional who is comfortable working directly on the shop floor.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and mobilize teams in challenging environments.
- Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced operational settings with limited resources and deliver tangible results.
