Field Service Team Manager Grey

• Ensure maintenance of essential public infrastructure, such as roads, pavements, transport, water, asphalt, facilities for events, elections, and markets.
• Ensure that public spaces look good and function, including cleaning artworks, maintaining playgrounds, pest control, and sewer maintenance.
• Ensure the team's availability throughout the year, for example, for gritting in winter.
• Lead, plan, organize, prioritize, manage staffing, and perform quality control.
• Collaborate closely and manage integrally with the team manager of the other field service team.
• Actively contribute to integral collaboration with other teams within the organization.
• Act as a sparring partner for the director of the Physical domain regarding field service tasks.

• You have a university (WO) level of work and thinking.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Field Service manager (Grey domain) within a public institution, supplemented with demonstrable management experience.
• You understand how a public organization works and can quickly find your way around it.
• You are a firm and professional manager with an eye for the human dimension.
• You communicate clearly and know how to involve people in change and collaboration.
• You possess a driving license.

Preferences.

• Experience in managing a field service team in the Grey domain.
• Experience in managing a team where integral collaboration with other teams within the organization is essential.
• Experience within a public organization.
