The organization is characterized by a university approach, ambitious infrastructure projects, and medical investments. The laboratories of this hospital group are looking for a physician/pharmacist biologist to join its team of 17 biologists, managing 8 production sites.
The focus is on the development and investment in hematology, a particularly developed sector within the laboratories (cytology, flow cytometry, stem cell bank, blood bank, coagulation). A wide variety of interesting clinical cases will be encountered.
Responsibilities.
- Participate in the development, supervision, and daily activities of the hematology laboratory to maintain efficient laboratory operations.
- Provide advice and support to clinical colleagues and technical teams.
- Participate in on-call duties (general and transfusion).
- Actively integrate and participate in the global quality system and the development of ISO15189 accreditation for sector parameters.
- Develop new clinical analyses.
- Participate in the supervision of specialist candidates/interns.
- Participate in the development of the laboratories.
Profile
- Graduated as a physician or pharmacist specialized in clinical biology, accredited or engaged in an accreditation process.
- Tropism: Hematology in a broad sense.
- Any certificate or diploma related to hematology in a broad sense will be an asset.
- Active participation in the quality system.
- Participation in the development of outpatient activities.
- Ability to integrate into multidisciplinary and multi-site work.
- Sense of organization and responsibility, availability, and flexibility.
- Ease in human contacts and team management.
- Enthusiasm, dynamism, decision-making ability, and teamwork skills.
