As an HR consultant, you are the point of contact for clients within the region. You collaborate with various public organizations, including municipalities and educational institutions. You build lasting relationships, contribute ideas on personnel issues, and ensure optimal support for both clients and flexible employees.
What you will do.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients in the public sector;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and flexible employees;
- Conduct client visits with HR advisors and advise on HR issues;
- Conduct performance and guidance interviews;
- Prepare and process contracts and personnel documentation;
- Approach candidates from talent pools for open vacancies;
- Ensure optimal service delivery to clients and employees.
Profile
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
- Driving license B.
- Social, strong communicator, and easily builds relationships.
- Has a listening ear and understands the needs of clients, flexible employees, and colleagues.
- Switches effortlessly between clients, flexible employees, and colleagues.
- A connecting discussion partner who brings together different interests.
- Works accurately and keeps administrative processes well organized.
- Feels comfortable in a dynamic environment where no day is the same.
- Takes responsibility and maintains an overview of tasks.
