You will manage new construction projects from preparation to delivery.

What you will do.
- Prepare and set up construction sites according to schedule.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate activities.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on the construction site.
- Solve technical issues and make decisions during execution.
Profile
- You master your profession and work independently according to established standards and procedures.
- You make decisions based on experience and technical knowledge.
- You have the opportunity to grow into a project leader or specialize in complex utility construction.
What they ask
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor in new construction.
- VCA-VOL certificate.
- Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
- Proficient in planning and coordinating activities.
- Speak and write Dutch.
