As a Technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator, you contribute to secure and reliable ICT service delivery within a government organization. You connect technology, users, and organizational interests to realize maximum value and play a key role in the continuous development of critical ICT facilities within a highly secured environment. You will work for the Confidential Information department within an IAM Scrum Team.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the operation of the NetIQ/OpenText-based IAM environment.
- Daily management, including monitoring, periodic checks, incident resolution, and end-user support.
- Installing patches and upgrades.
- Contributing to and implementing changes to the IAM landscape, such as changes to drivers, process request definitions, reports, the RBAC model, and IDP configuration.
- Proposing improvements and documenting them clearly.
- Communicating with users about ICT-related matters.
- Ensuring data security and system availability.
- Continuously developing the environment, taking into account new user requirements.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clear and organized product backlog.
- Actively participating in various Scrum events (sprint, sprint planning, review, retrospective, daily Scrum).
- Picking up and efficiently realizing User Stories or incidents.
- Contributing to the development of the Product Backlog, Sprint/Team Backlog, and the final product increment.
Profile
- HBO+ (higher professional education) diploma in a technical field, such as Computer Science.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with complex Identity & Access Management (Opentext/Netiq IDM products) solutions.
- Conceptual knowledge of open source software, Linux, and Windows in a virtualized and containerized environment (e.g., OpenStack or Docker).
- Knowledge of ITIL v3, Scrum/Agile, and DevOps.
- Experience working in complex IT environments with a high security level.
- Good command of both Dutch and English languages.
