As an A2 animator/educator within a residential care facility, you contribute to the well-being and development of residents by offering support tailored to their desires, needs, and capacities. Through the activities offered, you promote the maintenance of their autonomy, social connection, and participation in the life of the residence.
You will work within the MRS (Residential and Care Home) and the day care center (CAJ), where you will participate in supporting the people welcomed and contribute to creating a friendly, stimulating, and benevolent environment.
What you will do.
- Participate in the organization and animation of day care center activities
- Design and propose varied activities, adapted to the capacities, desires, and interests of residents
- Promote resident participation and maintain their autonomy through daily activities
- Stimulate residents' cognitive, social, creative, and motor skills
- Create moments of exchange, conviviality, and social connection within the residence
- Be attentive to the needs and reactions of residents to adapt the proposed activities
- Participate in the collective life of the residence and contribute to maintaining a warm and benevolent environment
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and adapted support for residents
