As Branch Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the success of a branch of an educational organization. You combine entrepreneurship, management, and education in one role, with a lot of responsibility and freedom. You visibly contribute to the growth of students and the branch.
What you do
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of student supervisors.
- Conducting intake, evaluation, and advisory interviews with students and parents.
- Organizing schedules, administration, and action plans.
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders.
- Being visibly present at the branch and, if necessary, personally contributing to homework support.
- Realizing growth, quality, and results within your branch.
