Privacy Officer

A public organization is looking for a Privacy Officer to be the point of contact for privacy and data protection. You will provide solicited and unsolicited advice to colleagues and management and monitor compliance with the GDPR and internal privacy rules. The organization is young and ambitious, focused on proactivity, results-orientation, and transparency, with an emphasis on increasing efficiency, quality, and results. They apply integrated management and a coaching leadership style.

The organization guides residents in their active participation in society, (re)integration into the workforce, and obtaining an income, in close collaboration with commissioning municipalities.

What you will do.

• Draft privacy policy documents in accordance with the IBD model and ensure their implementation.
• Update the processing register and develop a method to keep it current.
• Establish a working method for handling DPIAs and inform relevant colleagues about it.
• Assess whether a DPIA is necessary and support its execution.
• Update the privacy statement.

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience with GDPR.
• Demonstrable work experience in drafting privacy policy documents.
