What you do
- Be visible daily on the work floor
- Conduct rounds through the production environment
- Chat with flexible employees
- Assist new colleagues on their first day of work
- Answer questions about contracts or planning
- Be a trusted point of contact for both flexible employees and managers
- Dive into HR administration at the office
- Process contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems
- Ensure personnel files are always current and complete
- Answer questions on HR-related topics
- Support absence registrations and administrative follow-up
- Schedule interviews for new candidates
- Send invitations for onboarding
- Coordinate with colleagues and manager on personnel planning
- Contribute ideas and suggest improvements for processes
Profile
- Enthusiastic HR professional who takes responsibility
- Feel at home in a dynamic environment
- MBO-4 level of work and thinking in HR or equivalent
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport
- Proactive, accommodating, and focused on collaboration
