BPV Lecturer and Examiner MBO Construction Infra Supervisor

• You guide students largely remotely during their BPV and maintain contact with the student and practical trainer.
• You support the student in achieving learning objectives and provide substantive feedback on development and progress.
• You identify when adjustments are needed and coach the student and practical trainer accordingly.
• You visit the BPV location at the beginning of the BPV period.
• You assess the student during the final practical exam at the workplace.

Your profile.

• You have a completed HBO bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a comparable relevant field.
• You possess extensive and current practical experience within construction and/or infrastructure, preferably as a supervisor or in a similar role.
• You have experience in guiding students or demonstrable didactic and educational experience at MBO level or higher.
• You are preferably qualified and/or experienced as a practical examiner.
• You have knowledge of the main outlines of the MBO Construction/Infra Supervisor program and the associated qualification files.
• You are willing to make one or more visits to the student's BPV location if necessary. As these locations can be spread out, you preferably have a driving license and your own transport.
• You possess good communication and social skills and are able to guide students remotely in a pleasant and motivating way.
• You are demonstrably legally independent (e.g., through registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or the use of a VAT number), and work from your expertise for multiple clients.

• A suitable fee is provided for each assignment.
• The assignments are perfectly combinable with another job and/or freelance assignments.
• You work largely remotely (except for visits) and determine your own working hours.
• As part of an educational group, we collaborate closely with various educational partners, giving you the opportunity to be deployed more broadly for different freelance assignments within these partners.
• Within the organization, you carry out assignments as an independent professional based on a Framework Agreement (ROK).
• You have freedom in the execution of your assignment, replacement is possible, and your independence and expertise are of great value.
