An educational institution is looking for a Location Coordinator to ensure that language education is accessible and close to learners at various locations. You will be a versatile support person who ensures that locations are operational, materials are in place, and practical problems are quickly resolved. You are also a familiar face for teachers and learners, a point of contact for their questions, problems, or requests.
What you will do.
- Travel frequently between different locations to support teachers and learners.
- Organize and coordinate materials, locations, and practical matters related to language lessons.
- Ensure that books, teaching materials, laptops, and other necessities are ready on time and delivered to the correct location.
- Support the setup and preparation of teaching locations, including furniture and facility matters.
- Be the first point of contact for practical and technical problems on-site (interactive whiteboards, laptops, internet, printers).
- Maintain contact with location managers, suppliers, and service desks to resolve issues.
- Transport materials, intake folders, and attendance lists between locations and ensure administrative order.
- Support digital and administrative tasks related to learners and groups (creating groups, linking codes, preparing digital teaching materials).
- Maintain an overview of what is needed at different locations and ensure things are arranged on time.

- Identifies needs, addresses problems, and resolves them proactively.
- Takes initiative and responsibility.
- Has technical insight and is proficient with computers and various digital systems.
- Possesses a bicycle and a driving license and has no problem traveling frequently.
- Speaks Arabic, Kurdish, or Tigrinya (an important condition as a visible and accessible point of contact for learners).
- Speaks and writes Dutch well.
- Is independent and solution-oriented.
- Can set priorities well and maintain an overview.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic organization.
