Behavioral Scientist

OverijsselHybrid16 hours/week3-6months

Within a Participation cluster, there is a temporary peak workload in the field of youth. The number of complex youth cases is increasing, as are the substantive activities arising from the application of the Youth Reform Agenda and working with explanatory analyses. A government organization increasingly requests support from behavioral scientists for complex casework, quality assurance, coaching of consultants, and methodological guidance. The organization currently has one behavioral scientist.

This capacity is insufficient to adequately facilitate the current workload, the increasing complexity of cases, and the necessary substantive support for consultants. This creates a risk of delays in advice, case handling, and quality development. The temporary hiring of an additional behavioral scientist provides supplementary expertise and capacity to absorb a peak in activities.

Furthermore, the pressure on the cluster is expected to increase further after the summer holidays due to new reports and support requests that often become visible after the start of the new school year. This temporary engagement contributes to providing timely appropriate support to young people and families and ensuring the quality of services.
