As an HR consultant, you are daily visible on the work floor of a logistics environment. You are a trusted point of contact for flexible employees and team leaders, and you collaborate with employees of various nationalities.
What you do
- Conduct daily rounds through the logistics environment
- Chat with flexible employees and assist new colleagues
- Answer questions about contracts and planning
- Perform HR administration: process contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems
- Keep personnel files up-to-date and complete
- Answer HR-related questions
- Support absence registrations
- Manage personnel planning and ensure adequate staffing
- Schedule interviews with new candidates and send onboarding invitations
- Maintain close contact with flexible employees, team leaders
- Prepare the basic weekly schedule and process daily changes
- Proactively respond to unexpected busy periods or peak moments by arranging additional capacity
- Organize tours for potential new employees
What they ask
- MBO-4 work and thinking level in HR or similar
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport
