As an ANIOS in occupational medicine, you work at the intersection of medicine and work, focusing on sustainable employability, vitality, and prevention. You will have the opportunity to get to know the profession of an occupational physician up close and, if you wish, to grow through a fully funded training program to become an occupational physician.
What you will do.
- Guide employees in their employability and recovery.
- Assess their work capacity and discuss how they can safely and responsibly return to work.
- Advise employers on absenteeism, prevention, and sustainable employability.
- Contribute to thinking about how health problems can be prevented.
- Provide care tailored to the work situation of each individual, together with the occupational physician, practice assistant, and case manager.
