An organization is looking for an enthusiastic community builder for the East Flanders region. You will contribute to the organization's mission by bringing entrepreneurial people together and creating a warm community.
What you will do.
- Actively seek new members and convince them to become part of the community.
- Contribute to building an authentic community and ensure members remain engaged.
- Bring entrepreneurs together in peer groups where trust, exchange, and growth are central.
- Detect needs among entrepreneurs and translate them into strong activities and initiatives.
Profile
- You have a higher education degree, or equivalent experience.
- You gain energy from making new contacts and dare to actively approach people.
- You have commercial acumen: you listen carefully, see opportunities, and know how to get people on board with your story.
- You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and have a hands-on approach.
- You easily take on the role of facilitator and know how to guide group discussions effectively.
- You combine results-orientation with genuine interest in people.
- You are flexible in your schedule and appreciate the autonomy this provides.
