You will take responsibility for your own branch within a national organization for supplementary education. You combine entrepreneurship, management, and education in one role, with ample freedom and the opportunity to visibly contribute to the growth of students and your branch.
What you do
- Be ultimately responsible for the success of your branch.
- Guide students to learn more effectively, develop self-confidence, and achieve better results.
- Run your own branch as an entrepreneur within the organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of student counselors.
- Conduct intake, evaluation, and advisory meetings with students and parents.
- Organize schedules, administration, and action plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and other stakeholders in the region.
- Be visibly present at the branch and, where necessary, contribute to homework guidance.
- Realize growth, quality, and results within your branch.
- Identify opportunities in the region and build sustainable collaborations.
