What you do
For the department responsible for the legal framework of construction and infrastructure projects, you, as an expert within multidisciplinary project teams, are responsible for guiding and coordinating various permit procedures. You ensure that projects comply with applicable legal regulations and that the necessary permits and advice are obtained timely and correctly. You act as an expert, advisor, and connecting link between regulations, internal project teams, authorities, and external partners.
Your responsibilities.
- You identify permit-related technical risks of projects already during the design phase.
- You advise project teams on required permits, procedures, and potential points of attention.
- You guide and coordinate environmental permits in the field of urban planning, environment, and nature.
- You are responsible for monitoring archaeological notes, authorization requests, and advice, among others.
- You maintain contacts with authorities, local governments, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
- You ensure that procedures are followed correctly, efficiently, and within the set timeframe.
- You proactively contribute to solutions when legal or permit-related technical bottlenecks arise.
- You translate complex regulations into clear and practically applicable advice.
- You contribute to the smooth realization of sustainable infrastructure projects.
Your profile. You have a background and/or relevant work experience in urban planning, spatial planning, environment, or a related field.

- Knowledge of or experience with environmental legislation, the Environmental Decree, and regulations concerning immovable heritage.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to easily build contacts.
