As an IAM Developer, you will be part of the Identity & Access Management team and actively contribute to the development, integration, and operational support of an advanced Identity platform. You will help build secure, scalable, and future-proof identity solutions that protect and optimize access to the organization's digital services.
What you do
- Design and implement IAM solutions with PingAM, PingIDM
- Develop authentication flows and journeys in PingAM (incl. JavaScript)
- Configure and manage object models and synchronization processes (liveSync, reconciliation) in PingIDM
- Work with LDAP directories in PingDS
- Integrate applications via: SSO Federation (SAML, OIDC), OAuth2 / OpenID Connect flows
- Manage IAM tokens and authentication methods
- Monitor the IAM platform via Grafana and Loki
- Manage secrets via Azure Key Vault
- Analyze and resolve incidents and helpdesk tickets
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analyses
- Support the onboarding of applications and users
- Containerization with Docker
- Deployments and management in Kubernetes (Azure)
- Configuration management with Kustomize
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
- Automate IAM deployment and configuration
Profile
- At least several years of experience in IAM / CIAM development
- Strong knowledge of: Ping Identity stack (AM, IDM, DS), OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript) within an IAM context
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Experience with troubleshooting in complex platforms
- Strong analytical skills and security-minded
Bonus points.
- Experience with Azure (Key Vault, cloud IAM)
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Grafana, Loki)
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle and provisioning flows
- IAM or Ping Identity certifications
