You will lead construction activities on site at a pharmaceutical company, taking into account applicable safety regulations.
- You will prepare and evaluate work permits, using RAMS and method statements.
- You will draw up detailed site schedules and monitor them daily.
- You will also supervise the quality delivered and applicable safety regulations.
- You will organize and lead daily and weekly site meetings.
- You will ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and pharmaceutical quality requirements.
- You will coordinate disciplines such as civil, piping, mechanics, HVAC, electricity, and automation.
- You will support commissioning and start-up activities.
- In this varied role, you will report directly to the project manager.
Profile
- You have a technical degree at Bachelor's or Master's level.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in industrial construction processes, of which 5 years are in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
- You have experience with brownfield projects.
- You have knowledge of GMP environments and validation requirements.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have a keen eye for safety and possess a VCA vol, Nebosh, or equivalent certificate.
- You are familiar with MS Project or P6.
- Knowledge of Atex regulations is a plus, as is experience with cleanroom projects.
