As a logistics employee, you are responsible for inventory management, storage, and distribution of parts. You ensure that others in the workshop have the materials to perform their job. This way, you contribute to good service delivery.
What you will do.
- You check deliveries, ensure the storage and picking of parts.
- You load and unload trucks and arrange transport from the internal warehouse to various internal customers in the workshop.
- You will be involved in the relocation and preparatory activities of goods from the old warehouse to a new distribution center.
- You guarantee optimal customer service when performing planned production-supporting activities such as removing empty packaging and collecting scrap.
- You use the SAP system to search for information or perform interventions.
Profile
- You have a certificate of general or technical secondary education (after 4 years) or vocational secondary education (after 6 years) or a certificate of relevant qualifications or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalence certificate.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics environment and preferably hold certificates for operating forklifts or other handling vehicles. (If you do not have a forklift certificate, you must be willing to obtain it in the very short term. The training for this will be scheduled by the organization, and you must pass it.)
- You have a passion for logistics processes.
- You keep a cool head when things get busy.
- You have experience with SAP and Office applications.

- You will receive versatile training to master the entire logistics process.
- You will start with a fixed-term contract. After a positive evaluation and depending on business needs and available budgets, an indefinite-term contract is possible.
