For the preparation and execution of a number of tenders for works, a government organization is seeking temporary support from an experienced advisor in procurement and tenders. In the short term, this involves two multiple restricted tenders and in the longer term, one European tender. The advisor works closely with the in-house architect, who is responsible for drafting the specifications and the technical elaboration of the assignments.
The advisor brings additional expertise in the field of tenders for works, market approach, contracting, and formulating appropriate selection, suitability, and award criteria.
What you will do.
- Advise on the tendering strategy per project.
- Guide two multiple restricted tenders and one European tender.
- Review tender documents and specifications for public procurement law and purchasing technical aspects.
- Advise on market-conform and proportional suitability and selection requirements.
- Develop smart and distinctive award criteria suitable for the nature and scope of the assignments.
- Advise on sustainability objectives and translate them into concrete requirements and wishes.
- Advise on contract forms and risk management.
- Guide the evaluation and award phase.
- Act as a sparring partner for project management, architect, and internal stakeholders.
