As a Data Technician, you combine technical craftsmanship with independence and responsibility. Your activities include:
- Independently executing data projects from installation to delivery
- Laying and realizing professional data networks and communication installations
- Setting up, testing, and measuring installations with professional measuring equipment
- Connecting various technical components
- Checking installations for quality and correct operation
- Tracing and resolving technical malfunctions
- Drawing up and maintaining revision drawings
- Creating and processing numbering plans for projects
- Guiding and supporting assistant technicians and other colleagues
- Ensuring a neat, safe, and professional delivery of projects
With your technical knowledge and experience, you ensure that clients can rely on stable and professionally installed data networks.
Profile
You are an independent and experienced data technician who works accurately, takes responsibility, and values quality. You bring:
- A completed technical VMBO or MBO education
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a data or electrical technician
- Experience with independently executing technical projects
- Technical insight and an accurate way of working
- A valid VCA certificate or the willingness to obtain it
- A B(E) driving license
- Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands for projects
- Experience with low-voltage installations is a plus
- An independent, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented work attitude
- The ability to guide colleagues and transfer knowledge
