Within the Excellence & Operations department of a biopharmaceutical company, your mission will be to:
- Map, model, and document development business processes using BPM tools.
- Identify priority processes and define associated roles, responsibilities, and interfaces.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of Business Process Management (BPM) best practices.
- Structure, consolidate, and automate departmental performance data.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), benchmarking analyses, and improvement benefit measurements.
- Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support process simplification, standardization, and the long-term capability development of the department.
Profile
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
- Initial experience in a pharmaceutical, quality, supply chain, or operational excellence environment is an asset.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
