What you do
- Three job classifications for chain managers, including the corresponding job interviews.
- One enhanced role description for the chairman of the chain managers.
- External expertise is required for the substantive assessment and job classification according to the stricter ministry criteria.
What they ask
- Minimum university level of work and thinking, evidenced by a completed university degree or at least 7 years of experience with the classification of manager job families according to FGR (Functiegebouw Rijk).
- At least 6 years of experience with the classification of manager job families according to FGR.
- Certified to perform job classifications according to Fuwasys, with a valid certification.
- Agree to the stated secondment condition (the assignment can only be carried out on a secondment basis).
