As a Junior HR Consultant, you are the point of contact for flexible employees and managers at an in-house location of a large organization in the food industry. You guide employees throughout their careers, support managers with personnel issues, and ensure smooth HR processes. You contribute daily to a positive work experience for employees and optimal staffing.
What you will do.
- Guide and support flexible employees, from onboarding to daily questions and challenges.
- Draft and manage contracts and other administrative HR tasks.
- Collaborate with managers and colleagues to optimize personnel planning and recruitment.
- Contribute to the well-being and development of flexible employees by facilitating progress interviews and training opportunities.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in HR processes and propose improvements.
Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn HR professional who thrives on supporting people and processes in a dynamic environment.
- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in HR.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
- You remain calm under pressure and easily switch between different priorities.
- In possession of a driver's license and own transport.
