What you do
- Lead a cluster of childcare locations when your experience is needed
- Quickly gain an overview and determine what needs to be done to get the cluster moving again
- Set a course, translate it into a concrete plan, and be ultimately responsible for quality, finances
- Hold people accountable and ensure agreements are met
- Coach (senior) pedagogical professionals and build self-sufficient teams
- Guide other cluster managers in complex situations, during their onboarding, or when they are new to childcare
- Act as a strong discussion partner for the regional manager and contribute to broader organizational issues
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, a substantial part in interim assignments or similar short-term engagements
- Accustomed to bringing overview and results quickly without a long onboarding period
- Ability to quickly identify what is happening, even beneath the surface, and steer effectively
- Make clear choices, even when difficult, and bring people along in those decisions
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably supplemented with a coaching qualification
- Knowledge of the childcare sector or a comparable industry
- Experience with change management or organizational development
