Our dynamic team is responsible for physiotherapeutic care across many departments within a healthcare organization. Each therapist has their specialization but is also flexibly deployable for replacements within our association. Beyond the classic work with patients, you will join an association that constantly strives for maximum quality. We regularly meet to discuss improvement points, both in terms of content and practical aspects. We train ourselves in many disciplines.
We are looking for a colleague who will be deployed in our various departments, specifically for weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays. This position can be combined, if desired, with our other open position as a physiotherapist in the healthcare organization.
What you do
- You are responsible for the rehabilitation of hospitalized patients in the departments, taking into account the specific target group
- You actively participate in the implementation of improvement projects
What they ask
- You have a Master's degree in rehabilitation sciences and physiotherapy
- Experience with respiratory physiotherapy is a plus
- You are patient-oriented, empathetic
- You possess strong communicative, social, and organizational skills
- You work carefully and like to take initiative
- Very good knowledge of Dutch
