You will join a growing consultancy firm, currently active in the banking and insurance sectors with ambitions to approach new sectors. The team consists of driven colleagues and is led by an experienced manager with expertise as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. You will have the opportunity to grow as a PM and contribute to the further growth of the organization.
What you will do.
- You lead challenging projects within the insurance sector from concept to successful delivery.
- You monitor scope, timing, and budget, ensuring clear project governance.
- You connect teams from business, operations, and IT to achieve common goals.
- You report, present, and guide stakeholders at all levels with clear communication.
Profile
- You are results-oriented, structured, and strong in stakeholder management.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in project management.
- You combine analytical insight with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You know how to motivate teams and always maintain focus on quality and collaboration.
Nice-to-haves.
- Experience in the insurance sector.
- Proficient in Dutch, English, and French.
