You follow up on new customer requests for heating and cooling.
- You primarily guide private customers through their plans, from the initial conversation to the sale.
- You receive commission on the achieved turnover.
- Leads are provided, requiring an estimated 20 hours of follow-up per week.
- Your working area covers West and East Flanders.
What you do
- Contact interested customers based on provided leads and schedule appointments.
- Visit customers, listen to their plans, and identify their expectations.
- Advise private customers on suitable heating and cooling solutions, such as heat pumps, heating systems, and air conditioning.
- Calculate HVAC projects and prepare quotes according to pre-agreed rules.
- Explain proposals, answer questions, and guide customers towards a purchase decision.
- Meticulously follow up on sales files and coordinate with the technical team where necessary.
Profile
- You work as a freelancer or are willing to start a freelance activity.
- Commercial acumen and preferably experience in sales to private individuals.
- Experience in HVAC, building techniques, or renovation is a must.
- Technical interest and willingness to delve into heating and cooling solutions.
- Easily establish contact, listen well, and advise customers honestly and convincingly.
- Work independently, meticulously follow agreements, and feel comfortable with results-oriented collaboration.
- Speak fluent Dutch.
- Driving license B.
